Why we built StayBaltica
Stay, sauna and boat trip in one payment, and hosts pay no commission on bookings. A short note on how StayBaltica works.

If you've ever rented a holiday house, you know how it goes. You find the house on one site, ask the host about the sauna separately, book the boat trip somewhere else and pay for each thing on its own. Meanwhile the host hands up to a fifth of every booking to a big platform.
That's why we built StayBaltica.
Hosts keep the whole price
Hosts pay us a monthly fee. We don't take a percentage of bookings, and the money goes through Stripe straight to the host's account. So there's no commission for the host to build into the price.
One cart for everything
The sauna, a boat trip, bikes, an airport transfer or cleaning go into the same cart as your stay. You pay once, and each provider gets their share directly.
A few more things
Only guests who actually stayed can leave a review. You can message the host directly, before you book too. The site works in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, English and German, with places all over Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
For hosts: the calendar syncs with Airbnb, Booking.com and Google Calendar, so the same night can't be sold twice. An app is coming soon, so new bookings and messages show up on your phone straight away.
If you have a house, a flat or a service to offer, you can list it in a few minutes. The first 50 hosts and 30 service providers get their plan free for 3 months.
